Tangier stop
The location was very good, as we needed to go to the train station the very next morning Every one was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I only wish the bed wasn’t quite so firm and the comforter so heavy. It made the bed too hot with the limited amount of air conditioning available to us. There were some good restaurants nearby

The hotel room layout was amazing and spacious. The room service regime I ordered was excellent. My main frustration is with their housekeeping team. They clear the towels everyday and when you get back they forget to replace clean towels - apparently this is a long standing complaint by many guests and the towels don’t get replaced until 09:00am the following day. Which is a really basic amenity. I was really disappointed on seeing how helpless the front office staff were as they were at the mercy of housekeeping! They must fix this issue.

I requested the early check in and room allocated at 12:30pm. Early checkin was not pleasant without mentioning details but after this I got upgraded and allocated family suite at 4 pm to make the things right. Location is great close to mall restaurants transport sea.

It was wonderful. All the staff were very helpful especially Hamza Boui. After a stressful taxi ride and being cheated by the taxi driver and some man who overwhelmed us as we exited the ferry, He made us feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you Hamza! The other front desk personnel were also very good. They answered any questions we had. Breakfast was very good also. We took a tour and they picked us at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room had a kitchen and living area which we did not expect. Very modern and clean. I would stay here again.

The only negative comment my husband and I have is the constant barking of dogs each night until early morning coming from a empty city lot next door to this hotel. The barking can even be heard from the 11th floor with the windows completely shut!
