Great location very close to Camelback ski area. Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout. We enjoyed using the heated indoor pool and sauna. Sadly, the whirlpool there has been filled with concrete. Hotel is good value (reasonable rates at start of ski season mid december). It could use a little updating and some things were a little creaky. But overall, we really like our time at Chateau.

The king loft suite was awesome. The decor is somewhat dated, but the room itself was clean and the staff was awesome. The lobby and conference center are nice and updated but the rooms/hotel hallways could be improved. Has a pool and sauna but no hot tub.

Stayed with my husband had a holiday party in the area. The workers are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size but are outdated. The sofa was visibly dirty in our room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has great potential it just needs renovations. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience just wish the sofa was cleaned.

Property needs updated look. Room had more than a few issues even hough I stayed for a night. 1) Bathroom sink strainer was dirty and on top of sink. 2) Ceiling light by closet/bathroom dropped away from ceiling tile by more than a few inches. 3) Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. 4) Coffee maker had napkin or tissue in space where water would be poured into it. 5) Carpet in room and throughout hotel had a foul smell to it. 6) No buffet breakfast and stated that it was no included with my room. Not happy with the entire ordeal even hough it was a birthday outing.

We arrived and it appears rundown. The pool heater was broken. So no pool. The elevator banged. In the room, the balcony door didn’t lock and the phone didn’t work. No complimentary breakfast, no pool, no hot tub…no more staying.

This large property had less than 20 cars in the parking lot. They gave me a room on their 4th (top floor). The entire 4th floor had all the wallpaper removed and smelled off putting, but it does not look like an active construction zone or that anyone is currently working on it. Large mold/mildew areas on some of the hallway walls. Hall ceilings are no higher that 6’4” and touch the top of each door jam. Rooms are very dated and look to be 30-40 years old, still have chains on the doors. Only 1 person was working and the stairway exit doors to the outside were not locked nor monitored. If you need a cheap room for a fling or just a place to rest your head sure why not. However the property will not leave you with anything positive to say about it.
