Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were okay. However, I had some issues during my stay:
There were no blackout curtains, so you have to deal with sunlight in the morning.
Room service ends at 3 PM.
Room service is not professional. I had to repeatedly ask them to clean properly as there was still dust and the room needed mopping. They didn’t seem to know how to clean the room and bathroom properly.
There was no hot water in my room. I had to request maintenance to fix it multiple times, and it took two days to resolve.
The TV had only 10 channels.
My late check-out request was rejected, despite checking in a couple of hours before midnight. If you want to stay for half a day, you have to pay 71% of the daily rate. While this is their policy, it doesn't seem customer-friendly
