I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding – friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The only downside was the lack of laundry facilities, which would have been a great addition. Overall, an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The smoking room was disgusting (you could not even open a window), no good ventilation and bad smell. The staff didnt do anything about it, and also refused to give Information regarding the city (e.g. where to find a sim card or where to find laundry). Drinks at the bar are very very expensive.

I have stayed here a few times now and probably would not stay again! Amazing location sub par hotel. I made a reservation with breakfast included and was refused breakfast, I think that was the tipping point for me.
