The room was super hot, no air conditioning; also no air conditioning in the breakfast area, so juices and yogurts were hot as well and it wasn’t pleasant to have breakfast there. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty and we didn’t get the room done during our stay there. All in all, super expensive for the hotel general conditions and service provided.

Outdated but cozy hotel
Close to a motorway, situated on a busy road section (once window in your room is closed, you won't hear any traffic), McDonalds and Aral station across a hotel, tram no. 3 to a city centre of Leipzig 3 mins walk away (a journey by tram takes 24 mins). Hotel is outdated, rooms small but cozy. Our shower had for some reason a shower gel attached to a wall 2 m above a ground which made it unreachable. A bathroom was also full of dust. We didn't have breakfast, cannot share opinion on it. Check in and out was okay. The staff looked tired (came across two receptionists).

short business trip to Leipzig
a short business trip made an overnight stay in Leipzig neccessary. The ibis Hotel Leipzig Nord is a good and affordable choice for that. Without much extra service it offers a suitable room with a nice bed, free parking and delicious breakfast. Recommended.

Great value, be aware of the area
Really good price, comfortable beds, fast internet, and lots of nearby food options (McDonald’s across the street and a supermarket 5 min walk away). Be aware the hotel is not inside the Leipzig travel zone (zone 110) and is instead in the Taucha travel zone (zone 168). To take advantage of the tram stop in front of the hotel going into the city centre, make sure to purchase a zone 110+168 ticket.

A hotel good for a technical stay
The Hotel ibis Leipzig Nord Ost near the town of Taucha is close to the Autobahn, easy to access and to use. It does not have Ac, therefore one has to open the Window which brings in the street noise. Amenities & service correspond to 3 stars. Everything is functional, but not outstanding. The hotel is good for a technical stay. WiFi works only with interruptions.

Budget hotel with top class service!
I hadn't been to Leipzig before this trip and booked this hotel because the ones in town were too expensive and it looked like this one was close enough to walk to the Congress Centre. It's not! However, the hotel did offer a shuttle bus service during the event days. I'm not sure if this is every event but it was very useful as I didn't have a car. The tram service wasn't running directly from the hotel but it was only a 20 minute walk to the stop and lovely weather when I was there. The hotel has a small bar (where a decent breakfast is served) with a few food items, a McDonald's just across the road and a few supermarkets a short walk away but otherwise you need a car! It is a budget hotel so room is simply furnished and but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it made me feel like I was in a higher standard hotel.

The hotel is a bit older. But looks like we got a renovated room. The people are very friendly. Price is reasonable. All what we needed was easy accessable. Das in der Nähe gelegene Gartenrestaurant war super. Die kurze Distanz zur Autobahn war perfekt.

100 mal ist nichts passiert
Bis heute (fast zwei Monate) habe ich mein Geld noch nicht wieder zurück bekommen. Aufgrund von Kommunikationsproblemen innerhalb des Hotels wurde mir der Betrag zweimal abgezogen. Nach langem Hin und her hat man mir eine Rücküberweisung zugesagt aber nicht eingehalten. Das wirft aus meiner Sicht nicht nur ein schlechtes Licht auf dieses Hotel, sondern auf die ganze Kette. Ich bin seit 15 Jahren im Außendienst, und es gibt immer irgendwas, ist ja menschlich, kann man auch alles lösen, aber was hier mit 80€ passiert ist mir noch nicht passiert.

Eine gute Unterkunft netter Service gutes Frühstück und sogar kostenlose Parkplätze. Alles sauber alles ordentlich es gibt nichts zu meckern… gern wieder!!! Direkt an der Autobahn Abfahrt und einfach zu finden!

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Gute Zimmer mit Dusche und WC. Alles sauber, nur die Lage dicht an einer stark befahrenen Ausfallstraße. Zum Wochenende und die Änderung des Windes milderte den Straßenlärm.
