Had a hard time checking in, with the reservation and deposit and cards ,etc and miss communication and no understanding from an older confused woman behind the desk. That only got worst when the TV remote didn't work, she came in and says it wasn't for our TV. That our TV was a VI5Lo.. WOW , just wow. she used master remote and asked what channel we wanted, no freaking clue, not from here as we say a couple, she's asking what number is that repeatedly. Uhhg
Pool and spa need to be re surfaced bad. The cement crumbling hurts your feet/ knees elbow, etc. especially in hot tub. And a huge glob of hair and lint ( I'm guessing) came floating up, when there was 3 of us in there. Couldn't even do breakfast, there were very noticably sick children running around ,who were coughing and dripping green snot from their noses All over the little bit of food that was offered. I have a compromised immune system. NO WAY. I mean the workers could have said something, the parents were yelling at them, and the kids were not listening. The room had m& Ms on floor, no little cool lotions or shampoo s. Only a Dial soap dispenser in shower, 1 roll of TP. Bed was hard as a rock. Nothing smelled fresh or clean. And not soft buy any means. Room filled with ants especially in bathroom. Our cooler on floor was packed full after 2 days on the floor. ( It's the middle of winter)1+ inch gap under the door.
And so expensive, they had no off season pricing. 👎😞 No happy, won't return there
