Beautiful hotel, large clean rooms. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Wonderful staff. Beautiful pool area. Our only issue was that we asked for VIP upgrade to room facing the mountain. We were told there was “nothing available”. We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was pretty empty the whole time. Disappointing

Smell, the room is not clean. Especially the bath room, the water drainage is not good. Staff is not friendly or untrained. Many cracks on the wall this make me a bit fearful when I am on the 21st floors.
