The women in the office are all so nice and helpful. It’s a small office and quick service—with friendly people. I love this property. It’s quiet, spacious rooms, nice kitchen and the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Pinetop and these wonderful cabins.

The pine trees and setting gives a in the forest feel. Which is a great feeling. Distance from the main highway also cuts down on vehicle noise and creates a more secluded environment. The wonderful staff sends a greeting text letting you know that they are available in case you need anything.

I like the overall customer service from the staff --welcoming texts from the Director, Manager and the office staff as soon as reservation is made. The place is super clean, quiet and everyone is friendly... I have everything I need at this place except bringing my own groceries.
