The room had a weird smell. Stains on the sheet and what looked like toothpaste on a pillow. The sink leaked underneath. The tub had a ripped up mat in it.

Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely disgusting. We left a day early just to go home and avoid having to shower in the disgusting bathroom or sleep on the beds. The room smelled awful and the floor was so dirty it turned our socks/feet black. It smelled awful- like dingy wet clothes and cigarettes- even though it’s supposedly 100% smoke free. The front desk staff was nice enough- but if someone actually cleans those rooms I’d be surprised. The bedding was stained and the amount of dust build up kind of just proves my point. We had to sleep there 1 night and i literally slept on top of some of my clothes to avoid touching the bedding. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never ever leave reviews, especially bad ones. But whoever is in charge of cleanliness at this red roof does not do their job. I wanted a refund but didn’t even argue about it because I was just so desperate to leave a day early. Gross.
What is this in the tub??? I went home early just to avoid showering in this
The carpet???? It was caked with nasty mess and dirt and turned our socks black
Just an example of the grime and dust build up. Literally a wet wipe or hell, even a wet paper towel would do this room some good

The staff was nice, but I did not feel safe there with so many bugs in the room. The floors were filthy. Bugs crawling on the walls. A huge roach was on the headboard. No blankets or comforters on the bed. There was a sheet and a thin bedspread. This was the worst place I have ever been in.

The room was in horrible condition; holes in the wall; bathroom door would not close; painted profanity on the wall that was painted over but you could still see it; trash and glass in parking lot; bed mattress basically sunk to the floor on the one side; tv had black lines down the screen.
