A neat and tidy, single level property providing an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in Tea Gardens.

Settled in a perfect spot, with minimal neighbours and walking distance to many local Tea Gardens Attractions. A short walk to the local restaurants, cafés, the Tea Gardens Hotel and local boutiques stores, you will find it easy to fill in your day taking a stroll along the Myall River, a nice flat walk great for all levels and ages. The Myall River is home to many local dolphins, who like to come out and say hello often, it is not unusual to spot an array of wildlife along the Myall River.

The outdoor area is ideal for an afternoon of relaxing or cooking up a storm on the BBQ and hanging out with the fury friends.

-Garage not available for guest use, you may park in the drive way and or make use of the street parking which is not metred.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
