Having lived in Bishopsteignton, the Cockhaven is ideally situated outside busy Newton Abbot, which is unfortunately run down, walking distance to Teignmouth and Shaldon. I deal location. Fresh towels, water bottles each day, great breakfast. This is a winner and hope they keep their prices reasonable. It was busy which is great to see in a small village.

We were given a free room upgrade to a very spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Our booking included a very good breakfast and overall was a fantastic deal.

A lovely village pub with excellent dining. The rooms are large and well kitted out. Our room had a view of the River Teign which was really nice. It also had the best shower of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Well done the Cockhaven
