The place was very unique and beautiful. The staff weren’t as nice. No English was spoken. Parking was 30 mins walking from the hotel.

Hard to find the main entrance.

A bit hard to find the door for the entrance to the hotel but once you figure it out it’s good. Awesome view if you take the family room. Walkable to the tower in under a minute so you ca. get the photos when you want

Even though booking confirmation stated check in at 2pm we were not allowed to check in until 3pm. All we wanted to do was drop our bags off and go out but rude and unhelpful man on desk wouldn't allow us. Booked a delux room but absolutely not as pictured or what we were expecting. It eas very expensive for one night for a dreadful room overlooking scruffy back of properties. Air con didnt work nor did the safe, bed was very uncomfy and it was generally noisy. Thankfully we only had one night here, it wasnt a pleasant stay. If you want to see the tower stay in Florence and visit for the day, train takes an hour and costs €9. Pisa is scruffy, over priced and rude staff. However walking around there much nicer and cheaper hotels, looks like there is hotel being built outside this one This hotel also had a sign hanging on the door advertising vacancies, which is not surprising considering how awful and over priced it is!

The shower head was shooting out like a jet spray. You could also feel the springs in the mattress which then started digging into you during the night. Lastly we had paid for a city view of the Tower however was told the city view is only available to the 3 bed and the family rooms and not the double rooms. You literally had to stick your body out the window to see the tower from the double room.

The property was very close to the leaning tower. We had a great view of the tower from our room. The only problem with the room was that the electricity kept turning off every 5 minutes. We were just passing through so we only stayed one night. If we would have stayed longer I would have probably had changed rooms.

We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible!

An absolutely beautiful hotel and room. Only negative - there was no need to be encouraged to buy breakfast vouchers for a local restaurant. We bought too many and it would be better if they just advertised as breakfast not included. Or if they said the vouchers were to be used off site. I was under the impression that they were for use at the hotel and wasn't really given guidance on how many to buy. Otherwise this was our favourite hotel of the four we have stayed in on our tour of Italy.

One of the world’s best views

The view from the room has to be right up there with the very best in the world. The leaning tower is right outside the window. Room could do with extra pillows, as we only had one thin one each, which was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tight. I’ll forget these things, but I’ll never forget the view.

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza d'Epoca Relais I Miracoli. The view was wonderful and the staff (front desk and especially the housekeeper) was very friendly and helpful.
