Perfect Family Getaway Vacation Rental Across from Lift 7

This one of a kind home makes for the perfect getaway to Telluride, CO! Guests can enjoy a day on the slopes and come back to this great vacation rental with a mud room and ski racks in the entrance. Up a half flight from here is the full kitchen and dining area with seating for six, as well as the living room with a cozy gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and stereo. Also on this level is a spacious bathroom with over-sized jetted tub, and the washer/dryer.
Up another half flight are the first two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and attached bath, the second with a queen size bunk bed. Both have a TV. The last bedroom is on the upper level and has a king bed, as well as a TV, and ensuite bathroom.
Telluride Lodge features common outdoor and indoor hot tubs (**Occasionally close for maintenance. This ammenity is not guaranteed to be available), gas grills and lots of open space. Free parking is available on site. The grocery store is adjacent to the complex. Located conveniently across the street from Lift 7, you have all the advantages of great ski access, while still being in the town of Telluride. Telluride is packed full of amazing shops, art galleries, historical sights, day spas, and amazing restaurants. The food in Telluride and Mountain Village is one of the many great things about coming to town. Awesome location!
This condo has an awesome location just a 3 minute walk from lift 7! The only issue with the unit is the range has no numbers on any dials so stove/oven temperature is a complete guess. Owners need to buy a new range. Otherwise it’s a great unit with all the supplies you need and the management company did a great job!

Location fabulous!!! Property great, but a few things. This condo sleeps 6, but the kitchen is small. Kitchen is a good size for a studio apartment. Mattress on second floor needs to be replaced. Otherwise, really a great, relaxing stay.

Great location, roomy property, very comfortable
First, there's a place to put your skis, ski boots inside which is very nice. Up a short flight of stairs is the main living space with a bath that includes the washer dryer. Washer / dryer worked great. The living room was comfortable, chairs for 6 with a couple extras conveniently placed nearby. The kitchen was useful, we cooked most of our meals, the only annoying thing was the numbers are worn off the 24" range so it's impossible to know the oven or burner temperatures. We still were able to make it work. Dishwasher worked great, not too loud. Beds were all comfortable, the fitted sheets were a bit small for the deep mattresses and wanted to slide off so that required a quick fix in the morning and before bed. Baseboard heat with a thermostat in each room kept everybody comfortable. Location is close to Chair 7, and on the mountain end of the property, a very short walk to Chair 7. Grocery store is handy, attached to the building. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of space
I use reviews heavily to pick my rentals so I will post what I hope is important to others. My husband and I and our 2 adult kids (29 and 24) came to ski. For the price, which was high compared to what we usually find at Keystone but was on the low end for Telluride, I thought the condo was a good value. We want to be close to a lift or gondola and this unit it truly right across the street from the lift. Down to the end of the hall, across a narrow street, over a foot bridge and there you are at lift 7. Unit is very spacious and we loved the separate mud/ski room just inside the door. Plenty of space for us to spread out in the living room and table. We appreciated separate comfortable bedrooms and baths for everyone. Two kings is unusual and my son appreciated the extra space. Lovely views and sunlight through the many big windows. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets and tons of towels and washcloths. We did not use the jetted tub but the water pressure and temp were good everywhere. Yea, this is an older building and the unit is a little dated. If you want to stay in a swanky new space look elsewhere. This unit was exactly what we were looking for. Word of caution, the kitchen is spartan even as rental ski condos go. We planned to eat out or carry in and the only cooking we did was scrambled eggs and microwave oatmeal. If you plan to cook anything other than basics you may not love this unit like we did. There is a nice microwave, toaster oven, toaster, crockpot and 2 coffee makers. The fridge is apartment sized with a big freezer space. Keith was prompt in answering my questions and with the grocery literally at the edge of the Peking lot, a bus stop right outside and easy walking distance to most of the town we would recommend.

Plenty of space to move around. Walking distance to town and lift. Bus stop 3/ second walk if you want to catch the bus to the gondola. Comphy beds nice baths.

Telluride Ski Trip
Our overall stay in this property was great. We could walk into downtown, to lift 7, Clark's Grocery & the bus stop for the Galloping Goose that circles through downtown. It picks up between lift 7 & the property & is one stop away from the free Gondola that goes into Mountain Village (about a 10 minute ride), the main ski area. There are ski rental places outside of lift 7 & the Gondola. Ample parking at the property, but had difficulty finding how to enter parking lot & correct building. We arrived at night & with the snow and darkness, it took us a while to figure it out. It would have been nice to have a map included with our Welcome Email showing how to enter the parking lot, where to park, show the correct building & how to enter. The property is up one flight of stairs, then has five interior levels. The property was incredibly clean, had ample towels & paper products, & very large bedrooms. The two lower beds were very soft & the upstairs bed was more firm. Even though it was January, we turned off all the heat except kept it very low in the bathrooms. During the evening, we turned on the fireplace via the switch on the wall behind the loveseat. COMMUNICATION: I received my welcome email with a code to enter the property 3 weeks prior to my arrival. I responded to confirm my arrival dates & did not receive a reply. Upon arriving to the property & being lost, we saw the "Office" light on with people inside at 8:00 PM. My daughter knocked on the door to ask for help only to have a man tell her he was in a very important meeting and what did she want. The washer would not close so we texted for help via a number left on the dining table. The response we received was the office was closed for the evening (8:00 pm). At 6:00 AM the next morning, we received a text that maintenance would be sent. We checked out of the property 24 hours later & never saw or heard from anyone. MAINTENANCE: washer would not close to wash, stove burners unlevel & knobs unreadable, oven knob unreadable, middle bathroom has several items needing repair: left drain stop not attached to close drain, shower door won't close, shower knob broken. Other issues: we couldn't find where to take trash, TV in living was tiny, & no interior security lock on the door as the door code doesn't change. NO insulation between this unit & the unit below. We could hear EVERYTHING. If maintenance issues were resolved I would definitely return and recommend.

Super close to lift 7, grocery store, and town!
Great experience! Definitely recommend it. Warm, comfortable for family of four. Lots of clean towels, soap, shampoo- unexpected and nice touch! Suggestions to owner- needs a large coffee pot in good working order. One was not working and the small one did not make great coffee (maybe needed cleaning?). Oven/stovetop does not have good temperature control. Additional kitchen items would be helpful, for example oven mitts, a strainer, vegetable steamer.
