Very disappointing
The stay was awful. Very uncomfortable and unorganized. We had to do the housekeeping in our room , there was urine and throw up in the bathroom. The bartender lied and basically stole from us . Finally we upgraded to a suite the last night because we were so fed up and they double charged us . We had to wash the room towels ourselves at their facility. This was supposed to be a nice getaway/horse show we were competing in and it was the exact opposite.

Very disappointed
The experience was very unpleasant and slightly insulting. There was urine and throw up along and around our toilet when we arrived. We then asked if someone could come clean it up which never happened so I had to do it . Then we went to order room service . After calling and trying to get in touch with them we then had to go down to the front desk and were told it was open . So we went to order and were told it was closed but people were at the bar ordering and eating. Mind you it’s a half hr before they are supposed to be closed . They finally let us order but only certain items so the chef doesn’t have to cook. From there we were told by the the bartender that we were lucky to get any food . After we ordered I let the bartender know our room number and charge it to the room . She said no and that we had to pay her . We were a bit confused and slightly embarrassed that we were spoken to like that in front of other guests. We were hungry and tired from a long drive so we went to the room to grab a money . I have never heard of that before and was able to charge everything to the room any other time which leads me to believe that this bartender was stealing or doing something inappropriate. The next day we ask for housekeeping to come clean the room and they only made the bed . No new towels , no shampoo for two days even though we asked multiple times . All of our dishes and trash were left throughout the room . We washed the towels and paid for it. There is a lot more.

Knowing this hotel was only 2 years old it was so disappointing to see the condition of some areas. First off checking in- our room was dirty. The shower had mold in it. The lamp had a chewed piece of gum sitting on it. The door had hydraulic fluid leaking down the inside. Luckily they moved us to a clean room. The pool area was dirty and dusty. The lounge chairs have holes. Their was trash on the ground for 2 days that we were there. The ladder is loose making it challenging to get out of the pool. I don't understand how this hotel has the rating it does. Very disappointed for the cost. This is what you'd expect from a cheap hotel

Cockroach, but the service was worse
Found a COCKROACH in room, and multiple staff members did nothing when I complained, didn't even give me an apology or offer to move me to another room. I complained for the 3rd time as I was checking out when I was leaving and the General Manager gave me a $100 off of my bill. I appreciated this gesture and I accepted it at the time because I was in a hurry, but honestly he should have at least given me one full night free. If that staff had initiatially acknowledged how gross it is to find a cockroach in your hotel room, i honestly would not have even thought to ask for a refund, but I'm more frustrated with the staff response than the bug!

We liked the modern room and the staff was helpful. I didn't care for the underground parking, but it worked out. I also "upgraded" to a Pool View room and it ended up being different than the pictures on Expedia- it was on the ground floor next to the meeting rooms, gym, and hotel laundry, and people on their patio loungers were literally on the other side of our room window which was not ideal. Staff was empathetic so I appreciated that. They also allowed us to check out an hour later which really helped us out.

Well located if you have a car. Great staff, nice room but we were unfortunate in having a room next to the ice maker which made noise all night. Air conditioning also noisy and switched on and off all night. Nice size room and newly renovated. Would probably be great if our room was not near the elevator and ice machine so be sure to check before you book. :)
