Not the Embassy Suites I know!
This hotel was NOT up to the standards of other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at between the West and the East for over 30 years. The elevator was old. There were 2 loose dogs running around and one even scared a lady at the pool when it went up to her and barked. Although there were no instructions, I learned I had to hold down the toilet handle for 10-12 seconds in order to flush the toilet and they had an issue with the locks on the doors. I can back late one night to find i couldn’t get into my room. I called the front desk and they tried to claim they told everyone at check-in that they would change the locks. The lady was rude and argued with me when I told her I was NOT told this information. I then had to walk all the way to the front desk to pick up another key.

I was very frustated upon arriving at the Embassy Suites. Ive always stayed at this Embassys location. Upon arrival I was told I would be charged $10.00 to park my car in the hotel parking lot. Embassy has never charged me to park. I was traveling with my 10 year old Son. It was just the two of us. I paid $170.00 to stay 1 night and was suprisingly charged $10 extra dollars to park my car. I was very dissappointed at Embassy for charging guests $10.00 to park. Not a good service in my opinion. Also, the shampoo bottle was empty when I got in the shower. No one had checked the bottle of Shampoo that is attached to the shower wall. Very frustrating.

I was here for a grandson’s basketball tournament this weekend. The staff and accommodations fit very well for our weekend. Staff was very nice! Starting at the front desk, the restaurant, staff, bar staff and the cleanup staff! Breakfast was very good! It was nice. They provided water each day. And we even got to enjoy appetizers and drinks in the bar area in the evening. ☺️

Great location!
Extremely friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast with made to order omelette station. Comfortable room with plenty of space and a very functional layout. Gym facilities very nice. Daily happy hour at the bar is a real plus/free drinks & snacks. Need to clean up cigarette butts near benches out front & in the planters.

First night, no heat in room. Room next to freeway that was loud. Second day/ night, someone came into our room and took all of my mother's anti-anxiety medications. We reported it to front desk. When, I finally spoke to the Manager, he said it was reported as Alzheimer's medication. My mother does not have Alzheimer's. Terrible experience.

Really disappointed
Very disappointed! We normally love embassy suites, but this visit broke our hearts. First, our room is so hot! And there is a temperature control on the thermostat and we can not lower the temperature below 68 degree. However, the temperature has not even reached close to 68 degrees in the room. Secondly, our family was in the middle of dinner during happy hour and we were told we had to move out of our table. There are no signs indicating we can not bring outside food and the hotel staff was very rude in barking this order to us. We were told we had to move to the computer area, where there was a small table and my husband had to stand and eat his dinner. Lastly, we don’t mind paying a parking fee in a big city, but there was a completely empty parking lot. And to pay a fee for this kind of service just stings.
