Great location, cosy pub & restaurant, with good food. Evening meal & breakfast good, service a bit slow at breakfast. Very clean & tidy. Room was very noisy on arrival, as chlldren's bouncing castle was situated directly outside the bedroom window. Screaming kids plus the noise of the motor. There was a large & lovely beer garden, so why put the play area adjacent to bedroom block? Quietened-down by 8 30pm. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Let down by poor hotel service
Rooms are very good with big shower let down by cleanliness. Our mattress was filthy. Bedding was from the seventies, pillows tatty. Was not comfortable stopping in the room. The pub part of the Inn was good and food excellent. Management could of put things right but declined to do so.

Friendly staff and good food.
We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay and dinner. The green light in the ceiling of our bedroom however wasn't welcomed. Handy to light one's way to the bathroom, but not conducive to a good night's sleep. Suggest means of activation when arising from bed during the night only.

Very characterful inn- typically English. Lots of charm but a little dated within the pub itself. But it is several hundred years old! So concessions need to be considered. THE MAIN COMPLAINT was that there was a VERY bright green emergency lamp in the middle of the ceiling in the bedroom that shone all night! It made sleeping VERY difficult as the room was floodlit with green light. We mentioned this the following morning but we’re told it was not possible to switch it off. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels over 50 odd years and I’ve never had such an intrusive emergency light in any bedroom. I would NOT stay at this otherwise lovely hotel again as a consequence.

Comfortable rooms
Quiet clean refurbished room at the back of the pub. Breakfast was included. The Fountain is a lovely country pub with open fires however, the bar does close early.

Country pub full of character.
Superb, characterful country pub with warm, cosy bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was spacious and comfortable - en suite was immense! A really enjoyable stay.

I arrived at 3pm and left at 1000am. Nice pub loads of parking I stayed in a court yard of sinlge story accommadation . Remote control of Tv and kettle were a little temprimenal. Side of bath needed painting. Rug in side door kept tripping me up. Spotlessly clean room . Great Breakfast

Highly Recommended
An excellent set up with purpose built rooms separate from the pub. Ground floor and super for a dog. Cosy room with spotless en-suite and good to be able to alter the radiator to one’s own temperature. Characterful and popular place with evidence of significant funds raised for Midlands Air Ambulance.

Accommodation set back behind the pub so nice and quiet and room had all the basics and a comfy bed. Lovely evening meal & real ale (HPA was spot on) and good cooked breakfast.
