Wait till the refurbishment is finished
Our room and bathroom was not clean. Just outside our window was a ledge that was covered with cigarette butts. Not pleasant at all. Having said that, the sheets and linen were clean and the shower was lovely and strong.

Lovely stay with a lovely clean room with FANTASTIC view of the beach and sea. Great location for walking into town or the beach.

Property was in a fantastic location, but was run down with white wash and paper over the cracks and mould (literally). Additionally the bathroom was not clean on arrival, with the loo even unflushed. Staff were good and the breakfast was the saving grace. Did not look like the website in any way shape or form. On the whole, disappointed and would not stay again which is a shame as it's location was 10/10 as I say.

Great location
Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit old and tired but was perfectly clean and comfortable for a short break. If on 4th floor as we were be warned the water pressure isn’t great so the shower is useable but not very powerful if you need to wash long hair. Sitting on the terrace enjoying the stunning view was my favourite part of this hotel.

Great location and view out to sea but the building and the room is very dated. The carpet felt damp, mould on the unclean windows and a lumpy bed…..not great and wouldn’t stay again.

The property is desperate need of a big shake up .we arrived to the hotel expecting an up graded room to which they said they didn't have one when my father was told yes on the phone. We said ok to having the original room after feeling very dissapointed as it was a special weekend. The room we were in (room 23) had thread bare carpets and the bed was more like a hammock. The kettle also had lime scale in it which put me off from having a hot drink in the room. There was also paint coming from the walls. The breakfast was also of poor standards.

The staff were all really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We found our room much better than anticipated having read some quite bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a great choice for breakfast and evening meal was very nice too. Would definitely want to stay again. It is clear that the hotel is undergoing lots of maintenance and is being updated. This didn’t distract us in any way. Thank you for a lovely welcome and an absolutely lovely break!
