It was a very late arrival/check-in. Reception was very professional, personable and efficient. I don’t think it took more than 4 minutes from entering the hotel to arriving to my room. The room was a nice surprise… a big upgrade from what I had booked. I’m a regular client at this hotel as it’s very convenient and reliable for when I have early morning departures or late night arrivals to/from the airport. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location ,,very close to the airport ,rooms are cleaned daily,my little complaints are no fridge in the room ( considering it's not a cheap hotel ) and only a couple of small bottle of water to drink .also ( maybe is not customary in Mexico ) no ice buckets or ice to be seen anywhere... We asked for bottle of water ( room service ) overpriced at160 pesos ( about 12 $ cad) but it never came .Also it woud be good that the waiters at the restaurant woud speak better English,I guess they only cater to Spanish speaking customers.

Very convenient to airport. We waked from terminal 1 to hotel in about 10 minutes. Decent bed. Clean room. Parts of hotel hallways and shared areas look a bit worn but the room was nice and the breakfast was great.
