After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.

A estadia foi bem razoável, a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, estava sujo, com fios de cabelo por toda parte. E o café da manhã sem muitas opções. Para piorar um hóspede inconveniente ainda espirrou em cima do queijo do café da manhã.

Excelente custo benefício.

Excelente custo benefício. Bom café da manhã, só sinto falta de suco de laranja e pão francês fresco. No hotel não tem suco de laranja e o pão francês não é bom. E as toalhas precisam ser renovadas, muito velhas. As camas são excelentes. Bom ar condicionado e chuveiro de água quente. Alguns banheiros tem secador de cabelo.

Ja tinha me hospedado na hotel em um quarto melhor. Dessa vez a cama de casal foi a junção de duas camas de solteiro. Tentaram ate colocar uma capa para aliviar, mas na hora de dormir dava pra sentir a divisão das camas o que deixou o sono ruim. Cafe da manhã muito bom.
