One of worst properties we have ever stayed at. Felt very unsafe with unsavory characters inside and outside of hotel. Rude staff. Will NEVER stay at Superior Inn again. Canceled our second night’s reservation. Horrible experience.

We asked for top floor when booking ended up with first floor ,had too prove it as front desk didn’t want to concede .went down to front desk to ask for a few missing items in room said they would bring them , they didn’t show up.swimming pool had two preteens girls swimming I asked where was the lifeguard they said he left for a bit ,was there 30 minutes no one was supervising the pool Terrible place from a management point of view

Pros: Staff were great, friendly, Coffee, Gas and restaurant close by Cons: Expedia didn't post best rate on their website. Ended up paying about $40.00 more. So make sure you call the Hotel first. Got ripped off by Expedia.

When we arrived, we observed a lot of locals and their kids hanging around the main lobby and parking lot. The room smelt bad, bathroom exhaust didn’t work, carpet was stained. We were woken up several times with people yelling in the hallway. Didn’t get much sleep nor value for the money.

There was an odor in the room, carpet looked dirty. On one night/morning in the early hours there was incessant knocking. When I left the room awhile later there was blood on the door . Roomkeeping didnt even clean it up, I had to call and ask someone at the front desk to come clean it, to which they were cery nonchalant about it. Please look up google reviews before booking a place to stay. Because they are not the same as reciews on Expedia, I wish iI known thay before booking at this place.

Pros: Easy to find. A few restaurants nearby. Cons: People milling about the front of the property which made entering uncomfortable. Things were droped on the floor of the hotel and 3 days later they were still there. The inside of the elevator was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in sometime. Although we had a non-smoking room, supposedly, the room reeked of smoke. The couch in our room was in need of replacement. Bathroom fan did not work and this room had the worst odor smoke. Towels and linens were left outside of rooms and were not picked up for two days. Unsupervised youth were running up and down our hallway. We are not picky individuals but unfortunately we would not stay at this property again.

Room was ok, no real info given at check in, walked the longest way possible to our room, found shorter on our own. Pool was average, slide, hot tub not working.Ice machines not working, garbage in and around pool, all exit doors locked and alarmed for security. Only way in or out was main entrance. Weed be smoke right outside main entrance. Restaurant was 4 out of 10, terrible service, only ones in restaurant and staff to busy talking, food was poor. I thought breakfast was included but no so had to pay. It was good though. Overall I will not return.

**Excellent Stay at Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre!** I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic pool area, which included a huge adults-only pool, a separate wading pool for kids, and a relaxing hot tub. The water in the hot tub was warm and pleasant, making it perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenience of having a dryer available right by the pool area, which was accessible for just $1—a great way to quickly dry clothes at a cheap price. Plus, swimming outfits were not mandatory, so you could enjoy the pool in whatever you were wearing. The hotel’s restaurant was another standout feature. They offered a complimentary breakfast for adults, and for kids, the pricing was very reasonable. The food was delicious—especially the poached eggs and eggs in Hollandaise sauce, which were cooked to perfection. The sausages, ham and bacon were flavorful, and the toast had the perfect balance of crunchiness and softness. My child loved the chocolate milk, which was spot on. This hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, yet also provides a relaxing atmosphere for adults. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend the Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre for both families and solo travelers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This Hotel is so run down. My first room was so hot I was laying in bed sweating. AC was honestly from the 80’s. It would not work. I went to the front seat and they were great and moved me to another room. The AC was better but same 80’s unit. Thr noise in the hallway was so bad. Kids running up and down the hallway. When I went out to my car there were 30 “locals” all hanging around the front. Smoking and drunk. Food on the ground. When I woke up and headed out, the 3rd floor was littered with food, sunflower seeds, kids cereal, and wrappers everywhere. In the hall at the elevator there was pop spilt on the floor and in the elevator there look to be spit and vomit on the floor and wall. This place was absolutely disgusting. I will never in my live stay here again. The owners should take a hard look at their people or limit this once good hotel to them. What a mistake booking here.
