Magnificent newly renovated villa 30 meters from the beautiful cove of Portet. 3 rooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom; Outside shower to remove salt from the sea. It has heating for winter. Capacity for 6 people (6 beds plus travel cot for baby). Large terrace with beautiful views of the sea and beautiful garden. Private parking for 1 large car or 2 small ones. Located on the beach, a privilege for the area, walking 2 minutes to the beach. In Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Prime location.
Restaurants, shops and pharmacy very close to the house. The beautiful town and Club Nautico de Moraira on foot (10 minutes) or by car (3 minutes).

Private parking (fundamental): it is very complicated to park in the Portet.
"Walk to the beach", you will reach the beach on foot, in 3 minutes.
70 kilometers from the city of Alicante and 100 kilometers from the city of Valencia, both communicated with Europe by plane. Also perfect communication with Madrid and Barcelona both with plane (1 hour), and with fast train (AVE 1.50 / 2 hours).
A short drive (15/20 kms.) From beautiful cities such as Altea, Calpe, Javea or Denia.
A few kilometers (25 km.) From the "Terra Mítica" Theme Park and "Aqualandia" Water Park in Benidorm.
The beautiful town of Moraira is 10 minutes walk through a "promenade" by the sea. You can stroll through the Club Nautico, visit the castle or stroll along the pedestrian street and enjoy its beautiful shops, as well as taste its magnificent ice cream in the Los Jijonencos ice cream shop.
In the Portet there are very good restaurants that I recommend: Le Dauphine (French haute cuisine), Bar Portet (the best rice in Moraira), El Raco chiringuito.
In Moraira there are very good restaurants that I recommend: El Chamizo, El Refugio, Pizzeria Azur and many more of all kinds, oriental, Indian, etc.
You can enjoy many water sports, such as jet skis, diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing, etc.
To get from the town of Moraira to the beach of El Portet, you can walk or drive, for other transfers by car. There are taxis.
