Other things to note
Please contact us for approval and to work out details if you plan to have additional guests visit during your stay. Our zoning approval does not permit us to host events, but it also doesn't preclude you from enjoying your stay and having a few friends or some additional family come by. Family gatherings and very small groups are allowed, but must be pre-approved so we can make sure the zoning rules aren't violated. We only rent for overnight stays.
Additional charge of $25 per person over 16 people. This is a one time charge regardless of how many nights you stay.
This has been our family home for more than twenty-one years, and still is. We have a lovely family atmosphere and want to keep it that way. We do not allow any murder mystery dinners, haunted or ghost themed parties, nor anything that might be similar. We will prosecute if necessary. Our home is not haunted and we prohibit anything that would give the impression that it might be.
