Experience lake life with a touch of country comfort at Getaway Ranch. This recently updated 3200 sq ft home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and amenities, including a hot tub!

The first floor features a Primary King suite with a private bathroom, a Queen bedroom, and a bunkbed room. Additionally, there's a full bathroom and a convenient half bath on this level. Each bedroom comes with its own vanity area, ensuring everyone has ample space for getting ready without crowding the bathrooms.

On the second floor, you'll find a bunkbed room, a queen bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a futon in the loft. There's also a full bathroom on this floor.

Inside the house, you'll discover TVs in the primary bedroom and the living room. However, the real allure lies outside on the wrap-around deck, where you can watch breathtaking sunsets, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, or enjoy the 75" screen at the Gazebo Bar.

Getaway Ranch is nestled on 37 acres and offers a mere 5-minute walk to the Bull Shoals Lake shoreline. We provide 2 kayaks for your enjoyment, perfect for an early morning float on the lake.

Wi-Fi is available but due to the remote location, Wi-Fi calling is recommended for better phone reception.
There's a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience.
While the property has a Peel, AR address, it's only 15 minutes from Theodosia, MO, and Lost Woods Golf & Disk Golf Course and Pub. It's also an hour away from The Branson Landing.
The last 2 miles of your journey involve dirt backroads in southern Missouri, well-maintained by the county. As you cross into Arkansas, you'll reach Getaway Ranch.

Boating Information:
Please note that the roads leading to the house are narrow with significant tree overhang, making it suitable for trailering in small fishing boats, but we do not recommend anything larger. The house is located across from Core Land, which has an access road to the water. While there's no concrete ramp, there's a gravel shoreline.
If you need boat rentals or a slip for your boat, Theodosia Marina-Resort is just 15 minutes away, offering these services. Feel free to bring your own small fishing boats or wave runners.

Three days prior to your self-check-in, you will receive a door code for the smart locks, valid for the duration of your stay. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive digital guidebook, providing answers to any questions you may have regarding the property, along with valuable information about nearby attractions, dining options, and shopping destinations in the local area.

You'll enjoy complete privacy with the entire house at your disposal. If you require assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via phone or text. Self-check-in will be available upon your arrival for your convenience.

The home is in a perfectly private location surrounded by trees and nature. Getting to Getaway Ranch, you will be on dirt backroads for the last 2 miles. These roads are regularly maintained by the county.

We only provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If the starter supplies are not sufficient for your stay, please check out the nearest store to purchase more supplies for yourself and guests.

- **Parking**
- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.

What a great place to get away!
The house was great, plenty of room for our family and everyone could have their own space. The location was perfect with access to get our kayaks to the water in a matter of minutes. We would highly recommend this house and will be back ourselves!

Great Get Away Ranch
Beautiful , secluded, trees, hills, rocks, water. Great space for a large group to eat, watch T.V. Or just chat it up around the fire. Owners were never more than 10 minutes away by text and answered promptly!!! We had one issue that they were uber responsive too. All in all A+++

We had a GREAT time. Plenty of room for everyone. Older kids and youngest had their own space. Quit with little phone service which we loved.... More family time. We will definitely stay again. FYI. Use bug spray when walking to the lake. Ticks are thick.
