The hotel has no air conditioning outside the rooms. While the rooms were excellent in cooling, the hallways were stifling. I can imagine that in a heatwave this may become extremely unbearable. Outside of that, the Avalon experience was very good.

Not great service
Hotel would not pick up the phone in order to arrange the pick up from the airport. Once we finally got a hold of them the shuttle took 30 mins to arrive. First thing I noticed when entering the room was a roach in the bathroom and also mosquitos in the room. The included breakfast was very good.

This was the perfect hotel other than being far from the city center, but it's close to the airport. I received free breakfast, and free transportation to the airport, and they have a pool. The evening bartender, and the evening receptionist were very sweet.

This pitiful “airport hotel” is much further from the airport than as advertised. The room we finally moved into we realized after awhile that it had been smoked in, and the fan in the bathroom seemed to bring even more cigarette fumes into the room. Also, in the stairwell from -1 floor was a strong smell of diesel fuel or some type of fuel, even into the breakfast room.Would not recommend this place.
