Very nice hotel conveniently located 10 minute drive from the airport and close to the beach. Nice pool, excellent service. Staff was very attentive. Manikuttan from the restaurant was very helpful and welcoming.

The overall service is out of this world starting from the security staff, the front desk reception, bell boys and everyone else. The attached restaurant and the choices of food are amazing. The buffet breakfast and dinner are awesome. The restaurant staff are very friendly especially Atzel. Highly recommend this facility especially the restaurant services.

I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. Break fast and other meals at their restaurant were very tasty. There is always a good selection of items. Staff is very professional and polite.

Awesome location conveniently located close to the railway station and ksrtc stand. Awesome service and very good breakfast that we ordered to the room. Would definitely recommend especially if coming by train or bus and also very close yo Padmanabhaswamy temple.
