I think the prices for their rooms are OVERrated. They are just like any other hotel. When we booked, we asked for a high back chair which we didn’t get for my mother that can’t sleep in a bed at 80 years old No help whatsoever, they bring me ne a hideaway bed.. I won’t ever stay again at their hotel for their ridiculous cost for a room $588 tax. The smoking is heridious awful There should really make this place a non smoking casino It was horrible

Check in time is at 4 but room was not ready until after 7. Stood around in the lobby which had no seating, waiting, thinking it would be ready any minute. Our show started at 7 so we were not able to change clothes or freshen up from our road trip. No apology or compensation given. Just excuses.

Reeks of smoke
The ENTIRE property stinks of cigarette smoke. It doesn't matter if you are in a non-smoking room or not. My room overlooked a sea of air conditioning and mechanical equipment. The staff (other than the front desk) acts as if they just don't want to be there. For the amount of money that I paid, you would have at least thought that I would have a room with a view and nicer customer service. Never Again!
