I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all tremendously helpful and welcoming. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make my stay a pleasurable one. First rate hotel! They also have a fantastic breakfast buffet at a tremendous value. I will come back for future stay.

The staff and management at this property are attentive and professional. Laundry service (amazing, comes back to you hung up and lint-rolled), breakfast buffet (continental, international and ethnic) and non-alcoholic refreshments are included from 10:00-17:00. 17:00-19:00 at the Club Lounge includes alcoholic beverages and light snacks. The pool is a bit dated, but it's a rooftop view with full sunlight in the Saigon heat, so that makes up for it. We stayed in the Club Suite room which comes with slippers and bath robes, and will definitely come back.

The hotel is conveniently located. Every time I check in, I am pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a VIP room. The staff has consistently demonstrated their helpfulness and professionalism.

I liked everything about this hotel. The entire staff were fantastic. The hotel also had some of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen. I had a great time in Ho Chi Minh City.

The property is very nice, rooms are large and clean. The windows are a bit small for such large rooms. The swiming pool on the roof is small - no more than 4 people can swim in the same time. The view is very nice. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breackfast is amazing but the amount of fruits is limited. Overal - very nice place and the price is afordable.

Older hotel which would have been luxurious in its heyday, however it's been kept in good condition and is very comfortable especially after experiencing other hotels in Saigon. Good value for money.
