Family friendly country cottage 3 min to I75 -3 bedroom 1 bath central ac & heat

Family friendly country escape! Only 3 miles from I75 and 7 miles from Hwy 82. Minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and the welcoming town of Tifton. The cottage is 1200 sq feet with 10' ceilings with central air conditioning and heat.
The cottage has 3 queen size bedrooms. The bedrooms have a dresser with mirror, chest, nightstands, chairs, lamps and closets. The large open concept living area has an electric fire place and a pull out sofa. There are several club chairs and an easy chair. Plus a dining table for 6.
The kitchen is supplied with Paula Dean pots and pans. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave. There is a toaster, Keurig, George Forman grill, a blender and assorted cooking sheets, mixing bowls & casserole dishes. Dinnerware and silverware are supplied, too. There are plenty of pods for the Keurig and we include coffee mate creamer, sugar and artificial sweeteners at the coffee station.
In addition to the 2 queen size bedrooms, there are 2 queen size air mattresses, a twin floor mattress, a pack n play bed, a pull out sofa bed and plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets.
For babies/toddlers, in addition to the pack n play, there is a a snap together play area that can be used indoors or outdoors. And, there is a baby booster with tray that can be fastened to a dining chair. A toddler cup, plate and utensils are supplied.
There is a screen porch and a front porch for enjoying the great outdoors. In addition, there is a large grilling area in the backyard with a gas fire pit, seating and a swing. The cottage is located on an acre of land.
Guests are welcome to their very own home away from home including Wi-Fi tv and a full kitchen. Convenient keyless self check in!

It is a very cute homey house. We were in Tifton for a wedding and it was so nice to be able to have family in one place. It was decorated very cute. The beds wwre really comfy. The house was very neat and tidy.

This was a wonderful place to stay. All the small details were taken care of in the house. They had water and snacks readily available. Absolutely Loved the pond. Only thing that can be improved is the comfort of the sitting area. The house had 1 bathroom and 1 TV, but that didn’t slow us down any. We give this property a high 9/10 and will definitely recommend booking. Thanks and hope to book again sooner than later.

Quiet Country Cottage
My stay was excellent. The home was well appointed and had all the little things you normally forget to bring. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal and even had condiments. The home was very modern and decorated in a country home fashion. It is very private and has a secluded screened back porch. I will definitely return o this home in the future.

Short overnight stay in Tifton
Five adults traveling and needed an overnight stay. This place fit the bill perfectly. In the “country” but 2 minutes from town with everything we needed and close to the highway. Three nice bedrooms and a very comfy living area. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. Loved the nice bedrooms, great size and comfortable beds. Would have been better with another bathroom instead of big closet. Sorry, but not the most comfortable living couch. Looks nice but not comfortable to sit on. No TV information given. Need to fix the shower handle or just use the regular shower head. Ok, now the good stuff; love the cottage feel and atmosphere. The decorating was on point. I slept in the what I call the "princess bedroom"and it was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me. Loved to nice big table we could all sit at to eat. Great stay and MUCH better than a motel/hotel. Feels like home at a great price. Will definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Jan

The property was easy to find and was minutes from the interstate. Nice sized lot and room for outdoor activities. There is a grill and a swing. The rooms were spacious and there were extra blow up mattresses. The pull out sofa was not very comfortable though. The place was clean and plenty of things provided like TP, soap and towels. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with plates, glasses and silverware. There was only 1large casserole dish. We have a large family and could’ve used another one. The only thing I could not find is the pond with chairs and fire pit. It’s says a short stroll, I took a short stroll in all directions and couldn’t find it. I would recommend this place for anyone if they ever go to Tifton.

A great experience for our first-ever VRBO!
We were in Tifton visiting ABAC with our son. As a family of six, staying in a hotel isn't economical or ideal when it comes to space for everyone. We tried the Fletcher's place as our first VRBO experience, and it was great! Everything was just as described, plus it was very convenient to town. Our family had plenty of room to relax, play in the yard, go fishing, cook/grill, etc. for our two-night stay. Thank you, Fletchers!

Super cute cottage very easy to get to from I-75. All three bedrooms were adorable, the kitchen was well-equipped with appliances and pots and pans, etc. Very spacious living and dining area. Just the two of us stayed, but the property is very well suited for a family…even with small children.

Adorable home just off I-75. Perfect stop at the end of a long day of driving. Easy to find. Clean & comfortable. Lots of little extras, coffee/creamer, bottled water in the fridge, hand soaps, etc. Owner even had the lights on for our late arrival. Great communication and easy checkout. Will definitely be back!

This was a great place foran overnight stop as we headed back north. Very reasonable price and all the amenties we needed. Much better than a hotel room as it was perfect for our whole family. We found a lovlet park nearby and saved mone6 by making dinner in the lovely kitchen. Homefy, realxing, and comfortable.
