Both beds were lumpy and barely got sleep. Arrived at 10pm for check in and left at 6:30am because we could not sleep on the uncomfortable bed. Our backs hurt for the following days

Stood at this hotel because my mom had eye surgery and doctor needed to see her again the next morning so thought it be convenient since hotel is 5min from clinic. We were able to check in earlier which was nice of them, but as soon as we got into our room there was so much noise going on upstairs which sounded like construction. I called it in because my mom was in so much pain the noise wasn’t helping. Thankfully the noise stopped as soon as I called. I ordered room service since we couldn’t leave due to her surgery, and I wouldn’t do that again. They forgot my dad’s meal & utensils and kept saying oh sorry we forgot like 3x so I went myself to pick up. Tasteless. Now trying to sleep was so hard and scary. A man knocked so hard on our door at 2:30am we didn’t open and then we heard a woman crying and screaming and footsteps up n down the stairs next to us. All in all, clean room & nice staff. Would I stay there again? Don’t think so. It is in the middle of lots activity and we checked in on a Thursday so maybe it was just a bad day and lots of party goers..

Lovely!
I had a great experience at Baja Rio. Staff was great, there is a small food court by the pool and restaurant options within walking distance. We didn't drive, and reception offered to call us a taxi each time we left. We used Uber, but nice to know they are there to help. I would stay again.

I booked two rooms for my entire family in Mexico, i was charged and received a confirmation number, once my family arrived at the hotel, stuff refused to take them in by stating “they have not received the money” my family waited in the lobby for an hour while i was calling Expedia support to fix this, then Expedia agent was trying to reach the Hotel to let them know that the payment went through, but stuff was hanging up the phone on Expedia employee. At the end my family was left with no hotel and on top of that now Expedia is refusing to issue me refund, ridiculous, im filing a claim.
