The hotel was very clean. Check in took a little bit of time (hard to hear thru the glass window). Secure parking was wonderful. Air conditioning was superb. Wish we had an additional blanket though. Easy to find and location was excellent for our needs.

Most for an except few of the staff were rude and unprofessional. Some went above and beyond. Room was very clean but had a string scent of bleach. The lady working in the for complimentary breakfast was very rude and seemed to hate her job. I would rather spend more money to be somewhere that gives a better experience than here unfortunately. Very sketchy area around at night too, our uber got hit by a brick on the windshield. Stayed for Baja Beach Fest, definitely staying in Rosarito at a resort instead

I picked the wrong date for my stay and by minutes after reserved you did not have the option to change the date of my reservation. I picked your hotel again hoping to get a consideration but still denied. The location is convenient for me since I travel a lot but I will not book or recommend this hotel. You can keep my money😖
