Overall it was good. 2 complaints. The elevator takes a long time. The free complimentary breakfast was changed in the last 3 weeks. Previously, we had 6-7 choices and all the choices were wholesome. Now, there is only 1 choice that includes a small plate of fruits, 2 pieces of toast with a little honey, and either coffee or juice. The quantity provided is not even enough to satisfy a 5 year old child.

Do not come here. Spend the extra $20 and go so where safe and nicer. This is located in a dangerous area of Tijuana and they have no clear signage of where to go upon arrival. I tried to message and call the front desk but did not receive a reply until the next day. You think they would have no security and staff is very rude. They refused my refund request even though I never used the room. STAY AWAY!

Clean and nice mattress. Affordable, great place to stayfor a short Tijuana visit. Little annoying thing is that one staff there in the bar. He was kinda rude and is very short with us. He seems like he doesn't wanna entertain american tourists. Very dismissive. I think the hotel should train their staff to hospitality management. Other than that it was a good stay.

The property was very modern considering the area. The staff where supper nice. Valet parking was great. The food, drinks and the Jacuzzi was amazing. Overall every staff member I met & interacted with was super friendly and nice. They let us know the good spots in the area, helped us out with parking, luggage, and made sure our stay was great. The roof was so nice. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The room had AC & a roku tv which was nice. Overall a nice stay i’ll definitely go back.

Great hotel, great location
Great rooftop terrace with two Jacuzzis. The terrace is open till 1 AM on the weekends with a full bar service and pool tables. The Complementary continental breakfast is basically just fruit and coffee or orange juice but they do have a full service restaurant up there so if you want a real breakfast you can order it right there. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The Air conditioning works really well. But the one thing that makes this place special is the service. Everyone working at the hotel was great. The valet parking was perfect.
