This review addresses the prime reason I continually stay at the Hotel Wellintown every few weeks when I need to visit Tijuana. This was my 11th or 12th stay and was the best. However, it was Halloween in TJ and many streets were blocked off buy the police. When the police would not let me through the barricade, the I called the front desk to ask about what to go. The young gentleman immediately spoke to the coos, had the issues resolved and I was let through the barricades. This hotel really, truly goes above and beyond for their clients. I will plan to continue staying here.

This is my seventh or eighth time staying at Hotel Wellintown. As always, had a great stay here. The staff are professional, helpful, and polite. My hotel room was clean and in a quiet location. Again, I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Tijuana.

POS system needs an upgrade
Front desk was saying that their POS system was broken after a prior customer used a credit card that was blocked by the bank. Only form of payment was cash when I preferred to use my credit card. This was inconvenient.
