Disappointed ordered Happy Birthday Banner and one letter was desinflated and very expensive for the banner and 10 balloons, next time bring your own and a lot of money left in your pockets. missing couple items in the bathroom but i could live with that.

I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure what to expect at a boutique hotel that I was not familiar with in TJ. It was really modern. Gave the vibe of a West Hollywood property.
