The tv and appliances did not work and also the key card failed and was moved from room to room and 3 had the same issue .. nightmare

Excellent deal for the price. Very clean, average service, nice bathrooms and cold AC. Almost brand new installations. Internet is almost non existent but that's a broad issue pretty much everywhere in Mexico. Taxis sit outside, food is near, can't complain and can't ask for more on what I paid. 10 out of 10.

The room was kind of small but clean and neat. The are outside is safe. Security guards are around all the time. The streets are very clean. Personnel is attentive.

Comfortable hotel, room is ok, bed excellent, what i don't like about this hotel is that don't have ironing board and an iron, and if you're going to request one, they ask you to leave yor personal ID, and they keep it, until iron ans ironing board are returned that's vety unsafe and illegal, and the room price is to high for a 3 star hotel
