Property is a bit deceiving. The outside looks a bit run down like you don't want to leave your car and the inside of the property looks a bit dated. However, the 24 hr parking security is on top of things, we left our motorcycles out there. The hallway to the rooms look dated, but the rooms are very nice and well kept and clean. Staff is very pleasant, and friendly. I Recommend.

Very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff providing you with dining and sightseeing options just upon check-in. We stay in apparently renovated room with pool view and it was excellent, with only a small note: they should add small fridge in it. Restaurant on premises is great and very reasonably priced! Food was very good!!! Will surely stay here again!

The rooms we got were small but clean, the view of the pool was nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There’s a mini coffee maker in the room which is nice. No mini fridge but they do have an ice machine. Great staff, easy to walk around. Parking was easy, they have a parking lot across the street with security. The casino is a bonus. There’s an OXXO half a block up the street with good coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay here. This will be our first option next time we’re going to Ensenada again.

They promoted having a hot tub and it was only hot one time and we stayed 4 days.Also also the key did not work and we have to go down to the front desk at least six times and that was even with two brand new keys coming up to the room did not work had to go back down

Let me start with the good: The staff was kind (our housekeeper Cynthia was fabulous!) the facilities were adequate and for what we needed, it was fine. The on site restaurant was good. I appreciated the balcony off our room as a spot to enjoy the blue skies and people watch. The weekly movie at the pool was a fun treat too. Some things to note: The bed was really hard. Unlike other areas of Baja not all the staff speaks English but they will try or find someone who does. Mexico is rough for disabled travelers in general. This hotel was especially so. I use a walker and with assistance, can do steps or steep ramps. The handicap access points for the whole hotel wouldn't come close to ADA standards in the States. I found them to be unusable and unsafe. I'm not even sure a wheelchair user could use the ramps without someone pushing them. Sidewalks, driveways and streets are a struggle too. So go knowing it will be a challenge. Having said all of that, staff were always ready to help. The pool and jacuzzies had no handrails so getting in and out unaided would be impossible for someone with walking/ambulatory issues.
