Great Base Camp!
This location was great in that it had everything we needed to wind down after a long day exploring the Oregon Coast! The place was clean was accurately listed. We’re saving the listing for a future trip!

A quiet place
A small but spacious two bedroom one bath home. The home is clean throughout. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and kitchenware to make yourself a meal, although we only cooked breakfast during our stay. The beds are firm but not hard, which is a preference each sleeper would need to determine if it is good or bad. We prefer a softer bed, but who doesnt sleep better in their own bed? The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but I've never sat on a futon that met the mark. The other two chairs were comfortable in comparison. The wifi worked great and roku on the tv was loaded up and ready. Staying at this home was a good choice for us. It provided a place to pivot from as we explored the many opportunities on the coast. We had our 18 year old granddaughter with us along with our dog and really appreciated the home and its location.

Great first time ocean experience!
The house was just as pictured, very cute with all the necessities! We were very pleased to find plenty of dishes for our family of 5 and having the smart TV was a plus for the evenings. There was a "fishy" odor inside the front door that we could not find the source of, but it did not travel throughout the house. Netarts was our favorite area during our trip, great beaches close together. Thank you for a great first time ocean experience for our family!

A bit dumpy and stingy for the price but good location to explore from
I thought this property was a bit dumpy given the price but it was clean and did the job of getting us near the beautiful places to explore on the coast. The views from the house are not good, but if you walk down the street, there's a nice park with a bench. And it's a good jumping off point to explore the nearby state parks. Personally I don't love these corporate-managed properties - for example, they informed us they do not leave an extra roll of toilet paper so you're on your own after one roll which feels pretty stingy (again, given the price).
