Lovely Beachfront Home with Amazing Views!

NEWLY RENOVATED!! 'The Beach Retreat' looks out onto Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The home has five recently built bedrooms and five full baths all en-suite with a 1/2 bathroom off the great room and is perfect for your vacation. This custom-crafted large home includes an ocean-front great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the common areas, a spectacular open gourmet kitchen with large granite countertops and hickory cabinets, a spacious dining area, a stone fireplace and expansive windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean. Ask about the home next door as well! Great for 2 families or a family reunion!

All bedrooms (sleeping 12) are roomy with vaulted ceilings to make your stay even more relaxed. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, large closet and full ocean and bay views. What better way to greet the day? The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms also have kings size beds and a full en-suite bathroom, and finally the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom. All guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space too. All bathrooms have showers with one bedroom also having bathtub, vanities, custom tile, granite countertops and more.

You can enjoy long walks on the beach both north and south. To the south you can walk to the town of Netarts, the jetty for the boat launch and the Schooner for lunch or dinner. To the north, you can walk to the town of Oceanside for coffee at Brewing in the Wind, lunch/dinner at Roseanna's or just to take in the beauty. This is a great launching spot for the Three Capes driving loop, day trips north to as far as Cannon Beach, or south as far as Lincoln City. Golf and Wine Tasting are within an hours drive.

Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV Parking. Plenty of Parking!

Perfect beach location.
The house was a perfect layout with private bathrooms for every bedroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and bay, with quick access. So comfortable. Unfortunately, it’s a shared yard/fire pit area with the two neighbors, and those houses were rented out to a large, large group that was a bit loud. Not the fault of this location, just bad timing which is out of your control and the property managers control. I would stay here again though. Next night the new group of people were fine and considerate.

Beautiful house! Very clean! Right on the beach. Each of the five spacious bedrooms had their own bathroom. Wonderful open concept modern kitchen that was very well accessorized. The house is on piers so u do have to walk up quite a few stairs but once inside it’s all one level living. Great views of beach! Property manager was always a text away to help us with any questions.

IDEAL HOUSE IN THE PERFECT LOCATION
The house exceeded every expectation we had. The property management company for the property (Shore Thing Vacation Rentals) was extremely efficient and a delight to work with. The location was perfect. The view of the mouth of Netarts Bay provided constant entertainment. The small village of Netarts and nearby Oceanside offered fun and enjoyable restaurant options.

Lovely, clean home with amazing view of Netarts Bay.
We spent a short weekend (2 night) stay in this lovely home to celebrate my son's 27th birthday. Though we hoped to go crabbing, the weather was too rough so we bought fresh, live crabs from Fish People in Garibaldi and cooked them. We really enjoyed this lovely home even in stormy weather. Thanks for the pet free environment!

Family Vacation
This trip was planned for our whole family! We really enjoyed our stay! Loved being right on the ocean! We were able to cook anything we wanted since the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Plus they have a basketball hoop which the guys loved! There was a fire pit in the back yard and we made s’mores! There was some fun trails off the beach that our 4 year old grandson enjoyed! Close to the grocery store too! The place was really clean and we would stay again!

Amazing find
This was a fantastic house for a large family (and I'm saving for future trips with friends once we can all travel together again). Gorgeous house and the en suite bathrooms for every room was amazing. Somehow, it was also very quite and it was really hard to hear noise from the common spaces in any of the bedrooms. The view is unbeatable and perhaps the best part is that you are right on the beach which is a gentle sandy beach without crashing waves, which was perfect for our 3 year old. This would also be an amazing place for kayaking or paddle boarding, wish we had brought our own. The contact for the property was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
