Room was clean and updated. Everything we needed

Loved the room, and the staff were amazing. I would have put quiet, but unfortunately with the road works right outside, I couldn't do that. However, that is out of the Motel's hands. Suffice to say, we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Timaru.

A beautifully renovated old building, with the perfect mixture of timeless classic architecture and modern amenities. Loved the original elevator, was quite charming, and faster than some modern elevators we’ve used. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. Being on the top floor was amazing, as we had views of the ocean and port, right from the bed. The quaint restaurant was warm and inviting with its exposed brick walls. Service was top notch.

Good stay, lovely host, great accommodation and location

Only stayed one night but excellent room with a nice view and very spacious. Great location and easy walk to drinking and dining options.
