The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist. Rooms were very clean and buffet breakfast was great. Nothing overly fancy but very convenient and organised. Will definitely stay here again.

Bad hotel and bad customer service
Really bad experience. Customer service is not really good. Not worth of money spent. Never use again. Upon checking, they asked everyone to do self check in. Never greeted customer warmly.

The location of the hotel was great and was linked directly to the Chubu centrair airport. The room was simple and neat. There were kettle, cups and tea provided. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

Lovely Stay and Breakfast
Love the friendly staff and bed was comfy. Breakfast included and it was a fabulous and tasty one for a free breakfast. Glad I made the change as it is only a bridge walk away from T1

Connects to airport via link bridge. It was so convenient for us to catch our early morning flight. I had slip disc and front desk saw, immediately bring a chair for me to sit while registering check in. Then assign a room on ground floor so tat I do minimal walk. Advised us to borrow wheelchair from airport. Check in was so smooth. Everyone so helpful. Allow me to bring breakfast to room and eat due to my medical condition.

Stayed this for ease of catching early morning flight. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is basic and condition is not so new. However, it has all that we need for a 1 night stay.
