車で到着すると駐車場から荷物を運んでいただき、チェックイン前からチェックアウトまでスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で感じ良く対応して下さりました。客室や大浴場等とても清潔でした。 客室やラウンジからのオーシャンフロントの眺めも良く、夕食朝食共に美味しく頂きました。たまたまかもしれませんが、騒がしい宿泊者もおらず、静かでゆっくりと過ごす事ができて満足しております。ありがとうございました。

非常に満足のいく滞在となりました。お勧めです。

The wonderful service of the staff of front desk
Unfortunetly, we found that my wife passport was lost at the check in. The saff who was fluent in English tried to contact JR lost center at two days, and finally confirmed JR to collect the passport. Without her endeavour, we should suffer from extreme hardship. I really apprecitae her service and extend my thankfulness for this hotel. Wish for good luck of the people of the hotel.

この度は大変お世話になりました。 お部屋がとてもセンス良く、清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。大浴場も露天風呂があり、良かったです。またドリンクのサービスや朝食もおいしく頂きました。スタッフの方々（海外の方）も一生懸命対応して頂きありがとうございます。お部屋から朝日がとても綺麗に見え良い思い出となりました。
