Time Out In the Country
Rooms were large and airy with more than suitable linen available. Beds were very comfortable and enabled a good lie-in each morningThe house was very spacious and exactly what we needed to be comfortable and do “our own thing “ each day without being on top of each other.The location was fantastic - away from the crowd , away from noise and bustle. A fully functional kitchen with lots of bench and storage was a blessing to be fully self cateringWhy did not expect was the breathtaking displays at sunrise and sunset.A step outside and it was magic !Lots of parking for numerous vehicles.As a group we were able to gather together , yet be on our own .Please note the marking for Cleanliness was not a reflection on the level of cleanliness related to cleaning prior to arrival , it was related in that the property is not new and modern and has as expected some signs of age , which did not detract from having everything we needed , and more. Being country local , necessitates that some services are not what city buds would be familiar. This added to the homeliness of the property.

We had a wonderful weekend away from city life and appreciated the property owner reaching out to us prior to our stay and responding very quickly to our questions during our stay. The house had everything we needed and the setting was lovely.
