Great stay in Ucluelet
Comfortable beds in a spacious suite with balcony. Great views over inlet, marina and mountains. Helpful front desk staff. Walls a bit thin, so noisy neighbours can be a problem. However, front desk helped by enforcing the noise policy so all quiet when needing to sleep. Wouls love to stay again.

We were very happy with our stay. The reception staff were outstanding. Shan was amazing. As there wasn’t any eating options on-site, the staff pointed out places to eat and we even got an upgraded suite to a Loft. It was lower season, and we didn’t need it, but what a nice touch by the management. I would highly recommend staying here. Outstanding. Way better to stay in Ucluelet than Tofino.

The pictures look way better than it is to be honest. We were told we had been upgraded when we arrived. The beds were comfortable but the walls were like paper, you could hear everything from the neighbours. There was a real lack of furniture. 1 small closet downstairs with 6 hangers for all clothes. It was ok for my daughter and I, but for everyone in this " executive 2 story suite " it would be bad. The balcony had 1 small chair and no table to eat. For what was advertised as a 4 star place, there was no kettle, no iron, no safe, a lack of basic furniture & the tv remote had a lot of teeth marks and must of been chewed by a dog at some stage. The sink was outside the washroom in full view of the beds so there's no privacy when getting ready. The shower itself was good but the shampoo and body wash looked and smelled like the same soap. Who ever painted the room did a rough job. I feel the place could really do with been updated. It's a good, convenient location, but it's just not 4 star, there's no way.

Our room was not set up for 4 of us even though they knew we were 4 . Grounds were poorly maintained. Communal kitchen was convenient and fairly well equipped. Bedding was very good!
