Pay the extra money for breakfast, as it’s worth it and excellent! Hotel is well-situated close to public transportation and close (10-15 min walk) to the main attractions of Shibuya. Room is clean and comfortable, with kettle and fridge. Private bathroom had shower with great water pressure. Staff were professional and very friendly.

Easy check-in, staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly close to Shibuya station and other nearby shops and stores. Room on top floor is a great size and nice. Would recommend and stay here again.

Good, not great.
Good location, but the room doesn’t have a desk or seat which is not ideal for business trips or even vacations where you might not want to sit on your bed. The walls were quite beat up but the rest was clean. I stayed at the Tokyu Stay in the area before and I would go there as it has a laundry, balcony, and sitting area in standard rooms of similar price.

1-king sized room option was amazing
We received the only room on the 9th floor. It was the largest room we stayed in our entire time in Japan. It had a spacious balcony with a little Zen garden that overlooked the city. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. I can't speak for every time type, but the one we stayed in was great.

Room is small, and there is not a lot of room for storage or hanging up clothes. The lighting in the bathroom could be better for makeup and getting That being said, the location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. You are so close to all the action in Shibuya but the hotel area is quiet. There are many great restaurants in the area and Lawson and 7-11 a block away
