I often stay here when in Tokyo when I want to be in a convient location. Good location on new years bc it’s bars nearby to pre game and do the count down. However their price did increase for extending your stay.

The location of this place made everything convenient and they had laundry on the first floor. The staff are very friendly and nice. The only issue I had was I lost my ray bans in the room and I never found them.

My first night we had to evacuate the building around 2:30am because another tourist on the 12F set off a fire from his mobile phone battery. Staff was efficient as well as the fire dept and alarms worked well. I stayed in building A which their breakfast restaurant was as good as the APA Hotel in Kyoto (they had a nicer buffet compared to the meager selections of this more expensive hotel). Most tourist spots like Tokyo Tower, various museums and Imperial Palace are very easy to walk to. Use Google Maps often to get to places from this hotel. Room are compact but have everything except a safe (again the one in Kyoto had a safe). Linking to your phone or iPad to do screen mirroring did t work for me (either didn’t connect or if it did mirror it wouldn’t show my Netflix TV on my iPhone or IPad (again Kyoto APA linking was seamless and easy and great connection). Overall I had better and cheaper room in Kyoto than this one in Tokyo.

The room was clean but super small and to be fair the area was mentioned in the description. The worst part about the hotel is the elevator. Sometimes you have to wait around 15 mins to get down. We were in the 14th floor and with big luggages, it was impossible tp use the staris. The hotel advocates for greenness and as so they don't clean the room on a daily basis which makes a lot of sense but they provide new towels and dresses everyday hanging to the door which was completely unnecessary for us as we could have resues ours. I might be wrong but I think washing towels is the main issue for the environment! Also hanging towels and seeing grabeges in the hallway made the corridir a bit annoying. They could have provided a special space at least for the garbeges. The check-out at 10am for all with one elevator was a disaster making us and others wait for a long time and finally going down in a packed elevator. They could provide a time interval for each floor to avoid this mess. Economy but unpleasant stay for sure.

First time visiting Tokyo and I had some anxiety about my trip. I have to say I am overly impressed with everything. This hotel was easy to get around from. Bus, Train, Tax, all in walking distance. I felt safe at APA and the cleanliness was immaculate. It did not disappoint at all and we were there for 6 nights. The gave us clean towels and sleeping robes every day. Also provided all the toiletries you could need. I will definitely stay here when I travel to Tokyo again :)
