The hotel location was very central for walking to Roppongi Hills and a quick train ride to Ginza. Overall, the hotel room is compact but has everything you need. I would stay here again when visiting Japan.

Generally all aspects of the hotel were good. I’d give the property 4-4.5 stars out of five (Five being the best) the front desk and facilities staff were great polite and very helpful. The only negative would be the single elevator in my building during busy hours it could take quite awhile to get to my room or from my room to the lobby.

The hotel served its purpose. Conveniently located by Roppongi Itchomi Station. Room was very small so please keep this in mind. OK for a couple of days but any longer I feel would require a bigger room. Another sillt architectural design of this hotel is that there is only 1 elevator per building (15 floors, 10-15 rooms per floor). Theres no stairs to walk up / down except for fire exit stairs. So you could be waiting 10-15 minutes sometimes just to get into the lift.

I'll be honest in that my stay was nice. The staff was helpful and enjoyed most of the amenities. However, I learned more than halfway through my stay that the owner is a known fascist, Japanese nationalist. They have made blanket statements that the Japanese military did nothing wrong during WW2 and denied the nanjing massacre, along with some antisemitic rants. They've been called out on these but have yet to take any accountability and/or issue an apology. I hadn't thought to check for this sort of thing given I was just looking for a place to stay but can't recommend giving money to these people. Please look into this for more info and find another place to stay!!

Stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except for the heating/cooling system. The first two nights the room was an uncomfortably warm 27C. Apparently the whole building is either in heating mode or cooling mode and for the first two nights we were in heating mode. We left the window open during the day but had to close it to sleep - the traffic noise was too loud with the window open.

This hotel states the entire building must be either a/c or heat. They have turned over to heat for the season . Our 13th floor room was over 80°f or 27°c. Staff unresponsive to any questions for the area. We did not feel welcomed and were very uncomfortable.

This property is all you need for a couple of nights stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The extra charge per hour for late check-out surprised me! My biggest issue was the cleanliness. Linen was neat, but floor was not vacuumed well and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. This definitely needs improvement.

Checking process was terrible. The staff behind the counter were so rude. The rooms were very hot with no control over the air conditioning. You could not open the window because the traffic noise was too loud . The hotel is located by a freeway but with the window close very quiet. Reception area was not big enough for the amount of people checking into six buildings. Would not recommend.
