Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was small. Other than that, everything was wondeful. The location is perfect.

Average hotel
Rooms are very noisy - single glazed windows meant you heard everything on the street.
Still a lot of needless paranoia around COVID including use of environmentally unfriendly gloves for breakfast which are little value apart from wasting plastic and which will end up on a landfill somewhere. Japan eased rules surrounding masks but we were still obliged to wear them for breakfast.
