Delightful place to stay especially if you have kids. Good location, free regular shuttles to Disneyland which also connects to Maihama station and runs till 9ish pm. Entry is warm and inviting for kids as well ad chance to grab a coffee or tea at lobby after a long day. The Lawsons store attached is such a relief for parents and an adventure for treat hunting for the kids at end of a long day out. Rooms are so clean, good bed and amenties. 10 min walk to couple of shopping centres nearby and restaurants. Staff are so polite and helpful and also generally leave you alone! Breakfast was just right and fun additions for kids including chocolate fountain and lolly station. Just the perfect family friendly stay for us and our kids. The availability of laundry services is so helpful too. Would definitely come back

Good for family trips to Disney.
Overall a pretty good location for family trips, particularly if your itinerary involves visiting the Tokyo Disney parks. We stayed for 5 nights in total, and enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the size of the room (just nice for a family of 4). The condition of the hotel is great - complete with laundry and convenience store amenities in a very pleasant location.

This is an amazing hotel in the Tokyo Bay Area. If you are going to Disney it is perfect. The rooms were clean and rather spacious. The only thing we had a bit of issue with was the air conditioner, We felt safe and cared for at this hotel. With Lawsons on site it made getting an evening snack or dinner very easy.

The facilities are magnificent with a wonderful and helpful staff. There is a Lawsons Convenient store in hotel that doesn’t price gouge, which makes grabbing a quick cheap breakfast, drinks or a snack after a day at Disney super easy and quick. The free shuttle to Tokyo Disney and Disneysea was super helpful. Like most places I’ve stayed at, the laundry room is small: three washers, three dryers and one washer/dryer, but there is a super convenient coin laundry just 2 short blocks away.

Our family of four absolutely loved the easy access to bus and train station. Laundromat was on site, and there was also around the corner, 3mins walk. We found the free shuttle to DisneyLand and DisneySea very convenient. Absolutely love the service…. Beautiful staff. To top it off, their Breakfast was amazing! Thank you for the hospitality and service Comfort Suites.

Good for vacations
Excellent place to stay. We stayed for one week and I recommend as good for sleeping because we were all the time outside. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We went to visit Disney and we use the shuttle and also taxi, both easy to get.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Room was so spacious, comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was amazing. Favorite stay of Japan trip. Love the Lawsons located on the main floor! Great to have the shuttle to Disney parks.
