Quiet area just a few rail stops from downtown Tokyo. Hotel was quiet, simple decor but very pleasing. Room was smaller than the typical Western/Euro hotel room but every amenity was there. As expected, the bath room was a technological wonder. Plenty of hot water for shower. Fridge and hot water pot in room. Great location
Value for money. Have everything you need for hotel in Tokyo.
Nice location ,Akabane Station is very convenience to go to anywhere ep. Top station like Shinjuku Shibuya Ikebukuro etc
Easy access from and to Narita Airport .Room is quite Big compare to average size in Tokyo.I stay there for 4 nights, the room for 1 person is very comfort and big enough for packing all your stuffs after shopping!!.
Definitely stay here again next trip in Tokyo.

good price hotel in Tokyo
close to Abane train station, walk around 3mins. Shopping area with shopping street. Many restaurant. Quit a bit far from Tokyo station but convineint to go anywhere in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya). Room is quit small but very clean. Breakfast is just average. No fresh coffee. Small restaurant and small lobby. just 1 toilet at the lobby (Male and female use together)
It was a good place to stay. The hotel was quite known by even the train station staff whom directed my self to the hotel. Will deffinetly return again
If you are tired of touristic areas, this hotel location is the right choice. It allows you to see how the local people live and go about their daily activities. Though a working class neighbourhood, it is clean, orderly, safe, convenient and accessible to all other areas. Hotel staff speak English well and are helpful. Room a bit small but not too small and fully functional. If would have been perfect if there were English TV channels so as to learn of news around the world.
Worst experience ever! We have travelled around the world and has never been treated with such rudeness. The staff speaks very little English and were extremely unhelpful to families with the elderly and young children. The rooms were extremely small with barely any room to move around even for me who is 5ft 2in and 103 pounds). We booked 3 rooms and they were all very small even for Japan (we've been to Tokyo 6 times before and the hotels we stayed at all have bigger room and better service). We will never stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here (unless they want a terrible vacation memory). Very rude and unreasonable staff working at the front desk who treated their guest like garbage.
