Beutiful hotel but…
Beautiful hotel but with some black points. Garden and common spaces are impresive and like from a postcard, exquisite cleaniness and staff very friendly but: - in the webpage pool is advertised but hotel charge to use it (37€!) - rooms a litle small for a 4* hotel - no common spaces to socialize. Excep this, a very nice hotel perfectly well located close to one of the major Tokyo stations.

The property recently got a 7/11 in house, so it was really easy to grab a drink to go or a late night snack. The walk to the station is about 12-14 minutes and slightly uphill, but nothing strenuous. It is part of the Prince hotel group, so if you've stayed with them before, you know they are quality service!

My room was spacious and clean. The view was one of the best I've ever had in Tokyo, with a clear view of the skyline and Tokyo Tower. Bathrooms were clean, spacious, and well stocked with toiletries. There is a spacious desk area in front of the large window, so you can enjoy the view while working. Outside there is a nice garden with water features, lots of shade, and some grass areas and seating where you can relax. Shinagawa Station is about a five minute walk away, or a quick and cheap taxi ride away. The shinkansen stops at this station as well as the Yamanote line and many other trains. Staff was professional and friendly. They were very helpful with calling a taxi, and when I forgot some items in the hotel room they were polite and helpful with getting it shipped back to me.

The hotel portrays a high class image in the lobby area. The restaurant’s are beautiful but very expensive. The 7 eleven becomes your only option as the building is located up on a hill and it is a 10 minute walk up and down in the heat. I wish that they made the restaurants affordable like we experienced at the Karaska hotel in Osaka which was an amazing hotel.

The hotel is really nice and super safe. Well that’s Tokyo all around. The rooms was spacious for us 4. But the room does need some upgrades. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is amazing and super friendly.

Nice in isolate area like resort, far to walk to public transportation, however there are always taxi stand by in front of the hotel.
