My room was quite warm, for unknown reasons, and the thermostat wasn't functioning properly. The hotel is brand new, and a little sterile. The location is convenient, but industrial and there are not many options for eating there. It is on a subway line, so transportation is easy. All in all, it is fine, especially if you have a short stay and want to be close to Haneda. The staff were very nice, and the place was very clean and pleasant.

This was such an amazing hotel! The staff are so kind and attentive. Everything was super clean and the hotel itself is beautiful. The hotel is literally next to a station with access to Tokyo Monorail which is the best, cheapest and a very easy way to get around. When I visit again I will probably stay here again!

Hotel itself was great -- modern and clean. There's basically nothing around the hotel in walking distance so you have to go into the city, but it's easy enough on the train. What was most annoying is that the "free shuttle" is limited to 12 passengers which they said sometimes gets full so you should line up 45 minutes in advance, so I skipped breakfast, stood in the hallway for 45 minutes (they should have a couple of benches at least). I chose this hotel for proximity to Haneda and free shuttle, but in the end it would have been better to stay closer into the city and just take the train to Haneda. They charge 1500 yen an hour to check in early so I had to have them hold my luggage until nearly 11pm when I finished for the day. It's too far from city center to just drop by the hotel to check in before the end of the day.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. It is very close to Haneda International Airport. The staff is so nice, friendly, polite, patient and super helpful. Shout out to Yoshida and Sato. We feel they went above and beyond in getting us directions. Yoshida even walked us to the train station amidst the rain. We were so impressed!
