Truly Exceptional
The staff is always prompt in replying to requests in written English. They allowed a later check out with charge by hour due to our late departing flight. Love the breakfast buffet but despite restaurant advertising that buffet closes at 10am the staff starts taking food away at 930am from buffet and does not replenish which was the only disappointment. The delicious Kyoto tea was not replenished at buffet after 930am and when asked for it at 945am was told they were ‘closing’ so no longer available On the second floor of complex there is an excellent Japanese drug store to stock up on unique goodies such as disposable heated eye masks and energy drinks pain patches etc for long flight home and cherished as souvenirs to bring back plus there is a ‘konbini’ store if you want to pack some rice balls for snacks on flights. Downstairs at mezzanine level as you enter building there is an amazing steak house & seafood restaurant where we had one of the best meals. We checked out at 2pm and then went downstairs to the steak house and enjoyed our leisure meal to catch our evening flight out of Haneda. If you still have time you can go up the escalator and a short distance to hot soak your feet while watching the planes take off at Haneda. Haha only in Japan and at night it was beautiful. This is one of my favorite hotel. Truly exceptional. The staff, they are the best

Very clean hotel, wonderful and excellent staff! Any problems you had, they were always attentive and very helpful. Kudos to the management as well. We recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo.
