Hotel is decent staff is wonderful. The information on Expedia is misleading. Travelling with 2 adults and one child of 17. Hotel did not recognize child and did not offer breakfast vouchers. Also it was not specified on site which hotel we were staying at. Went to the tower where no reservation was found. Went over the the square where we were booked.

Great value, decent breakfast, lovely staff. The only thing around was a mall, and so it felt a little secluded from any action….maybe this is because we came from Shibuya, which was bustling and active. Convenient though if heading to Disney, the shuttle was perfect!

I highly recommend this hotel! It was perfect for our group of 6 people! So convenient and lots of malls nearby! Also, it was nice to have a free shuttle to and from Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea! Provided a lot of hotel amenities! Thank you Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay!
