It is conveniently walking distance to the train station. Our room has 5 beds, convenient for 5 members of family who has teens. The staff cleaned the room, provided us fresh towels and pairs of pyjamas, and most of all warm toilets and clean.

I stayed as 4 family members, 2 kids + husband wife. I booked the square corner family room. There were 3 beds mentioned in tgr room. But when i got there, in the room were 4 which was nice. Overall hotel room was quite big, washroom was clean with bathtub that we all used after coming back from disney sea. That room was quite good. With view and a balcony. We used it to have a coffee. The room was on the 7th floor. There's a microwave and a ice machine free to use on the floor .but not in the room. We used it 2-3 times. Free bottle water was provided. 4 bottles and tea packets as well. There was a shoe drying machine in the room which we used extensively, as it was raining daily. The staff was very courteous. The cleaning was done daily. There was paid breakfast facility buy we never used it. Best thing was the shuttle bus , it starts from 6AM to late 10PM . Every hour, disney to hotel and vice versa. The hotel location is near a Family mart, 7 eleven with ATM . And there's a grocery mart as well. On 2nd floor of hotel , there's a small Lawsons store. Station is exact 1km away and with nice walking pathway. If you are coming by Airport Lemosuine, book ticket for SHIN-URAYASU station than walk to hotel Or book a taxi for 10$ to hotel. Overall i recommend staying here especially if you're going to disney sea or disney world . The shuttle was a good sent.

Very Comfy with a direct Disney Shuttle to boot

The stay itself was very good. The inclusion of a convenience store on the second floor was a lifesaver. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. But, it may be a bit too small for bigger families. But for majority of Asians including my family, the size was just right.

It’s clean and convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The spa is great, and we really enjoyed the food and the view of Tokyo Bay at the Japanese restaurant on top of the hotel tower. It’s very convenient to go to DisneySea and DisneyLand, the hotel offers complementary bus service with frequent schedule to transport guests. We also like the area a lot, it’s quiet, safe and clean. The department store at the nearby bus/metro station is very big with variety of food and goods for shoppers. We will definitely consider to stay here again if we come to Tokyo in the future.

Great hotel! Very convenient if you are going to Disney and easy access everywhere else, only 15 walk to the station. Room was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is not the best but ok.
