子供達と一泊しました。 早めにチェックインだけして、別行動だったのでルームキーを子供達が早くホテルに着いたら渡してくれるように頼んだのですが、フロントデスクの連携ミスで部屋に入れませんでした。 それ以外は快適に過ごせました。 無料のお水のペットボトルは助かりました。 ゆりかもめ、東京ビックサイト駅から7分くらいです。夜は線路に沿った道路を歩くので、多少気をつけてください。

It was a great experience to stay here. Staff are all helpful and polite. Rooms are super clean and having the water. Tokyo teleport train station is only 15 min of walk away alone with a big mall. About 30 train ride to Tokyo Disney. Food in the restaurant are a little price but not so out of control, mostly it taste great.

This hotel is well placed for a short walk to the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Halls, that's about it on the list of positives. Free breakfast is included, expect to join a waitlist. The highlight of Hotel Trusty Tokyo Bayside is the circa 1km walk that takes you over the "Dream" bridge to Tokyo Teleport Station after checkout, then a single change over to the monorail and you're at Haneda Airport in less than an hour.

Overall, my stay here was great. My only real issue is that we were assigned a smoking room. I didn't want to complain because we were only there for a night and didn't want to pack up and move my luggage again. That aside, the room was comfortable despite the smell of smoke. There were a couple of train stations nearby, so getting around was pretty easy. The rooms are showing their age a bit and could use a touch up.

Overall experience was great. Just that there is no convenience store close by in the vicinity. Also during my stay, one of the night there was some car ramming his exhaust, maybe trying to do drifting somewhere.

Clean rooms, great service
Very good experience with this hotel. Hotel is very clean, service is very good, and the hotel restaurant has great food. The rooms can be relatively small and the mattresses are firm, but overall a very comfortable stay. The hotel is a bit far from central Tokyo, so be prepared for a bit of travel time to and from the hotel if you are heading into the city.

It was a nice place to stay at as it provided a nice place to go in and out of while exploring the area, transportation is always available in each direction so it made moving around stress free. The staff are amazing and sweet so it made the stay free of any troubles helping my experience traveling a nice one to remember on.

Hotel trusty worked well for me as a cheap convenient place to stay for a week while I went around snd wondered the main part of tokyo before I went to a convention later in the week. If you’re going to be in ariake for a convention and want to stay somewhere cheap that isn’t a capsule hotel this is a pretty good spot
